Who runs this site

atolonlabs.com is run by the founding team of atolon labs, a company being incorporated in Spain. Once it is registered, its legal name, tax ID (NIF), registered address and registry details will be listed here, as the Spanish Information Society Services Act (Ley 34/2002, LSSI-CE, article 10) requires.

What this site collects

Nothing on its own. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms. Its fonts, images and video are served from this domain, not from third parties.

"Try Mimo" runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type there is sent to us or to anyone else.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your name, address and what you tell us only to answer you and, if you ask, to arrange a call. We don't sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list. We keep it while the conversation is useful, then delete it unless we go on to work together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@atolonlabs.com. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.

This notice covers this website only. When a company uses one of our agents, how its people's data is handled is set out in the data processing agreement we sign with that company.
